Subscription Billing When you purchase a Sage app subscription ($67/month), you authorize recurring monthly billing to your selected payment method until you cancel. Your subscription automatically renews each month on your original purchase date. You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] or through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you retain access until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If a payment fails, we will attempt to process your payment up to 3 times over 5 days. If payment remains unsuccessful, your Sage access will be paused until payment is resolved.

Data Collection — Sage App The Sage app collects self-reported wellness data including nervous system state check-ins, intensity ratings, trigger notes, cycle tracking, daily habit logs (water, sleep, movement, caffeine), and tool usage history. This data is stored securely and is associated with your account. You may export or delete your data at any time. We do not share your personal wellness data with third parties. You may optionally share wellness reports with your healthcare provider — this is your choice and requires your explicit action.

Health Disclaimer Sage is an educational and wellness tool. It is not a substitute for medical advice, therapy, or crisis care. Nothing in the Sage app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any wellness practice. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
